LEARN ABOUT THE PLAN

The Somerset County Rural Cultural Plan was finalized in the spring of 2018. We are proud to present this plan, which will serve as a guiding document for us to raise awareness for cultural offerings, increase cultural opportunities, improve facilities for events, and enhance education throughout Somerset County.

Through these activities, the plan will enrich the quality of life for residents, strengthen the economic vitality of the region, and make Somerset County a cultural destination for visitors.

Somerset County is rich in cultural offerings, from the visual arts to performing arts, crafts, museums, recreation, heritage, and the formidable farm-to-table and back-to-the-land movements. The region has much to offer residents and visitors alike, and the cultural plan will help us make the most of these assets.
